Once a passenger receives their tickets in their email addresses, they are required to print them for presentation at the check in desk. On occasions, domestic passengers will be required to produce their national identity cards, while international passengers require their passports. However, it is always recommended to carry these documents.
Special Travel Needs
Southeast Airlines offers excellent services for our passengers. Those who require special assistance are requested to report in time to arrange for this.
Minors below 5 years of age are not categorized as unaccompanied minors. Southeast Airlines accepts responsibility for Unaccompanied Minors only between Airport departure and arrival. Parents or guardians should remain at the airport until the flight departs. Ensure that the child has a pocket to hold details needed at the check in counters. The service is also available for children between fifteen and seventeen.
If any passenger needs a visa, then their passports should have at least one free blank page. Passengers who will be traveling back to their homes will be exempted from this. Failure to this may result to denied boarding.
